Spectrum Vending Inc. is a family-owned company with a mission to create meaningful employment opportunities for neurodivergent young adults. Our story began with a personal goal — to help our son, who is on the autism spectrum, find a path toward financial independence and purposeful work.
Like many families, we recognized the challenges that young adults with disabilities often face when transitioning into the workforce. What started as a search for solutions for one individual quickly grew into a broader vision: to build a business that empowers others to achieve the same.
Today, Spectrum Vending partners with local transition programs to provide students with hands-on experience through the management of vending machines. These programs teach valuable real-world skills in areas such as inventory control, customer service, and business operations — helping students gain the confidence and experience they need for future success.
Our mission is simple: to promote inclusion, independence, and opportunity. By combining business innovation with community impact, Spectrum Vending helps create a more inclusive workforce — one vending machine at a time.
